New Zealand Information Security Statistics

We are considering options for analysing and reporting aggregate data derived from corporate Intrusion Detection and Prevention System (IDPS) sensors such as Snort and Cisco IPS.

If your organisation would like to contribute and can provide us with filtered log files please contact us. Any statistical information we display will have source and destination IP addresses removed, and replaced with the ISO 3166-1 country code. Note no information will be publicly released that identifies your name, organisation, or IP addresses.

This information will be used to gain an overview of attacks currently directed at New Zealand organisations and provide data that may be used to improve their security posture.
